1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and The Builders Circle Community (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of our mobile application and services (“App”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to this Agreement.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

• Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

3. Apple-Specific Terms

This Agreement is between you and the Company only, and not with Apple Inc..

Apple is not responsible for:

• The App or its content

• Maintenance or support services

• Any claims related to the App

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce its terms.

4. Description of Services

The App provides a platform for users to:

• Share and view user-generated content (UGC)

• Participate in discussions

• Access educational, business, and community resources

5. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• All activity under your account

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least:

• 13 years old (or higher if required by your jurisdiction)

By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Use the App lawfully

• Respect other users

You are solely responsible for any content you post.

8. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You may not post or engage in:

• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination

• Pornographic or explicit content

• Threats or violence

• False, misleading, or defamatory content

• Spam, scams, or unauthorized promotions

• Intellectual property violations

Violations may result in immediate removal, suspension, or permanent ban.

9. Content Moderation & Reporting

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor, review, and remove content at any time

• Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice

Users can:

• Report inappropriate content

• Block other users

We aim to review reports within 24–48 hours.

10. User-Generated Content License

By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Use, display, and distribute your content within the App

• Promote content related to the community

You retain ownership of your content.

11. Intellectual Property (Platform Ownership)

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including:

• Software

• Branding

• Design

• Systems

remain the exclusive property of the Company.

12. Payments & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If you purchase subscriptions or services:

• Payments are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings

• Refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies

13. Third-Party Services

The App may include links or integrations with third-party services.

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party content

• External platforms or tools

• Any damages arising from third-party use

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App ends immediately

• Your access to content may be revoked

• We may delete or retain your data as required by law

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy of content

• Availability or reliability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the App.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of:
State Goverment of Florida USA

18. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

19. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time.

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
