📜 END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Builders Circle Community (“Community”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Community.

Access to user-generated content is strictly prohibited unless this Agreement is accepted.

2. Description of Service

The Community provides a platform for members to:

• Share content (posts, comments, media)

• Engage in discussions

• Access educational and business-related resources

All content generated by users is considered user-generated content (UGC).

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Community, you agree that you will:

• Provide accurate and truthful information

• Respect other members at all times

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes

• Not engage in harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior

You are fully responsible for any content you post.

4. Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment

• Pornographic or sexually explicit content

• Threats, violence, or abusive behavior

• False, misleading, or defamatory content

• Spam, scams, or unauthorized promotions

• Intellectual property violations

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content.

Violation may result in:

• Immediate content removal

• Account suspension or permanent ban

5. Content Moderation & Enforcement

To comply with platform safety standards:

• Content may be reviewed, filtered, or removed at any time

• We reserve the right to take action without prior notice

• Moderators may suspend or terminate accounts violating this Agreement

We aim to act on reported violations within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 24–48 hours).

6. Reporting & Blocking Mechanisms

Users can:

• Report offensive or inappropriate content

• Report abusive users

• Block other users from interacting with them

We encourage all users to actively help maintain a safe environment.

7. User-Generated Content License

By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Use, display, and distribute your content within the platform

• Promote Community content (with attribution where applicable)

You retain ownership of your content.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion

• Remove content that violates this Agreement

• Deny access to users who pose risk to the community

9. Disclaimer of Liability

The Community:

• Does not guarantee accuracy of user-generated content

• Is not responsible for user actions or posted materials

• Provides content “as-is” without warranties of any kind

10. Privacy

Your use of the Community is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected and used.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Community means you accept the updated terms.
